Strength and conditioning for teens ages 13-17. This is a co-ed class.

Each class will involve instruction on safe and effective weight lifting technique, plus conditioning work. Classes are suitable to athletes training for a specific sport or non-athletes looking for proper instruction and general overall conditioning.

Classes are taught by Colby Bone (CrossFit Level 2 Trainer).

Course runs for 8 weeks from Jan. 22 to Mar. 19 and meets on Sundays at 12:00pm. (No class on Feb. 19)

Minimum of six people needed to hold the course.
